Those charges are bogus because no crime was committed.

It is simply not a crime, as prosecutors found out in the John Edwards case on precisely the same topic, the law is explicit that it is not a crime to pay hush money. And it is not a campaign contribution, under the law, if even 0.001% of the motivation was other than campaign related. So, if 0.001% of Trump's interest was in preventing his wife from knowing and the remainder was about covering it for the campaign, that would NOT be a crime. That is the law. That is how John Edwards walked away from the same trap.

As with Jack Smith and the rest, all they want is to buy time. But Democrats have no scruples.
