dky, we all know that if cpq wanted to jump into the direct sales
arena they would and could. Dell is not doing anything spectacular.
Compare the revenues.

dky,

We have to be a little patient here! CPQ has just made some pretty large purchases, and it will take a little while for the companies to merge! Don't be too quick to sell your stock! The fundamentals are good, meaning that with the incorporation of DEC and Tandem, CPQ's market is greatly improved. Regardless of what the marks are in the near future, CPQ should be good LONG! If the management hasn't resolved all of the merger problems in 6 months or so, better to reevaluate the stock!

IMHO,

Ken
