No idea, I am an American and I live in DC area. I am fluent in Russian. That helps reading the propaganda directly, I can listen to Putin directly. His 5-th term acceptance speech was something, full of hate toward America and NATO. Oh I hate Putin. I immigrated from Soviet Union (yes, that old). My grandfather was killed by Joseph Stalin regime, and my father was put to prison at the age of 5 as the son of the enemy of people. Brezhnev was when I grew up, and people still joked that electrical outlets had KGB ears. I came to school, but I had an exit interview with a KGB officer.
