Hi Johnny, I not a big student of packaging. I do know that the lead independent Director of Cohu sold his packaging company to INTC. Cohu has some advanced packaging for what they call the "wafer chip scale packaging". Those are very small chips that go into mobile phone handsets. Brooks Automation called this type of packaging "Advance packaging",and they sold off the entire division to a private equity firm for several billion Dollars. Beyond that, I do not know of anyone short of KLIC and there bonding equipment. Not much help! Bob

Try AMKR. I trade shares in it. Its annual revenue is about $7 billion. Here is a blurb from their recent earnings transcript. With our strong technology leadership in advanced packaging, a unique diversified global footprint and partnership with lead customers in the secular growth markets, we are well-positioned to accelerate as the industry exits the cycle. They are expanding their manufacturing capacity if a number of countries. They cover that in their questions and answers in the transcript. There is a lot there. AMKR
