One minor thing to add, I'm listening to the NFG earnings call. All this Data Center and Onshoring of manufacturing capacity is causing the utilities to increase their capacity plans. On all the Utility calls I've listened to its "Data Center demand we gotta add more capacity". Well a lot of that capacity will probably be Natural Gas fueled. Yeah some renewable but the bulk for the near term will be NG probably. NG prices are depressed right now, so I'm sure all these folks are locking in long term NG contracts for power generation and such.

I've got positions in NFG, and EPD, CVX and XOM. Not sure what other NG things would benefit from all this buildout.

Chowder, I thought you were on vacation? Anyway thanks for your post. I am heavily in UTEs and the stock prices have not done too well this past year. With one exception, my NEE shares have taken off recently. It went from substantially in the RED to now slightly profitable.
