Never the less if insiders are selling they believe the stock is headed lower or, at a minimum, its not going to rise very much.
Bottom line: NN may still be a good investment but don't fool yourself with the significance of these insider sales. They are an important barometer of NN sentiment from people in the know.

Ken --

When it comes to insider selling, the old arguments are valid. Yes, insiders sell for a reason. What is the issue. I've held large positions in companies and at times have had to sell substantial chunks. Besides taxes, once in awhile there are simply better opportunities, apparently the case with Mr. Madsen.

For my money, I'd take NN any day over FSCX. As the saying goes, "Been there; done that."

At any rate, I appreciate a contrary opinion. It sharpens my reflexes and makes me question why I'm investing where I am.

Thanks.

Pat

May be there is some insiders who are buying and nobody knows about that.
