Well said.

To some the glass is half full and to others the glass is half empty!

Eric and all: Lets give Craig a break. He is short Cisco OK.
So what?
He has many good points:

He offers a contrary opinion that, is thought provoking and intelligently put.

Absolutely. It's these comments that help us all understand each position and the perspective used to take these positions. I agree 100%

He is polite-except perhaps when attacked-which is understandable.

This is the area I took issue with him. It's complete acceptable to provide reasons as to why one would short Cisco. Poor earnings due to softness in Asia, losing accounts in the key business areas, late on key products, etc.. But to make comments like "John should stop flapping his jaw and get to work" will almost always get a rise out a long somewhere. Let's face it, he asked for it.

Anyway, what is the problem with someone thinking that a stock's price has gotten ahead of it's self.

Absolutely nothing. This is a fine position to take and one that many shorts could provide factual backup for. However flapping one's jaw's over John's future revenue targets is not worthwhile nor constructive commentary.

I appreciate your concern but I don't need a break. I am not afraid to back up my position whether it's right or wrong.

I can take anything this thread dishes out.
