I'm just chuckling here. On my 35 foot sailboat I had a 400 watt rated output wind turbine (in 20 Knot + winds) and all I had to do to "stall" that turbine was to short it's output as recommended by the manufacturer. Air 403 marine wind turbine: eventhorizonsolar.com I've worked with wind turbines for over forty years. Grid tied and off grid. And have a few friends who engineer megawatt + class wind turbines. Ever been to an actual wind farm? You have a LOT to learn.
