I give little sway to anything GM has to say.

GM reminds me of Eastman Kodak.. the inventers of the digital camera (go figure lucrative film sales precluded
further advancement of digital).

I recall GM making some odd statement years ago relating to a disbelief in Tesla as a viable automobile
company going forward. I rooted around for something to support what I just wrote. Kind of difficult to find
the exact change.. sort of like the coins in your pocket a moments notice.

Anyway.. this article is yr2016 by the NY Times ref events 10yrs prior.
