Dear Marshall,

Lawyers looking for big paydays advertise in the WSJ, Investors Business Daily, etc. looking for persons who have lost money through the fault of brokers or CEO's.

It is not illegal to congregate and "look into" potential legal action. Of the problems I see facing us is the UB release and information disseminated from conference calls. RP is well aware of this potential because he has been sued before.

Brokers will be sued by their clients and brokers may then sue SYCR.
Clients will sue brokers.

This is not good and I hope it doesn't happen for the sake of us all.

I know you want to play "safety patrol", I was one in the 2nd grade and enjoyed it very much, however, RP is an old hat at lawsuits and knows how to bob and weave.

RP, as any cop will tell ya, "knows the drill".
