Because the one thing they want is to go back to 2019.

Yep,

we would all like to go back to 2019 but we all know that's impossible.

Massive disruptions in supply chains around the world. Delayed shipments.

Workers staying home..

The biggy..

Panama Canal in "drought mode" with reduced lockage due to low water levels trying to conserve water to keep operating at a fraction of normal capacity.

Trip around South America?

Suez Canal.

Gee, do you feel lucky running the gauntlet?

I don't see people getting desperate in the USA.
And especially not desperate enough to elect guaranteed bankruptcy. We've seen enough of the fraudster the first time around. Burnt once. Not doing it again.
What is it that you see Trump doing that would throttle down inflation? He is all smoke and mirrors. Not only is he a bad business man, but he is and his buddies are incompetents who know only how to enrich themselves, but not how to govern.
My god, Trump would bankrupt all our nest eggs. Just keep watching DJT and draw your lessons.
Border problems won't bankrupt us. Lowering the price of oil will just make our dumbshits buy bigger trucks.
