it seems Bill has slid further down the deep end, he is doubting America's judicial system, not perfect, every countries judicial system makes mistakes but in Russia and China you are guilty right off the bat

Above is what you said.

The truth is if you are middle class or poor you are guilty right off the bat in the US. the cost of going to trial in the US can easily be hundreds of thousands of dollars absent a public defender who will simkply throw you under the bus.

"Representative government and trial by jury are the heart and lungs of liberty. Without them we have no other fortification against being ridden like horses, fleeced like sheep, worked like cattle, and fed and clothed like swine and hounds,” President John Adams once declared.

That warning seems all but lost in a criminal justice system that administers conveyer-belt justice via guilty pleas. Prosecutors regularly incentivize plea bargains and threaten the prospect of a “trial penalty” of up to ten times as severe as their plea offer. The fear of suffering prosecutorial vindictiveness after exercising the right to trial has resulted in approximately 97% of criminal cases being resolved through plea bargains."

In Trump's trial the witnesses have been caught in a web of lies that even CNN can't spin.
