<<Alright. So you are not exactly impressed with Ira. Let me ask you this....do human
beings have the right to revise estimates?>>

I am very impressed with Ira's ability to help Firamada grow. In the long run, I expect Firamada to be big and successful. However I don't worship him and I can see his faults. One fault is his obviouse ability to speak plainly and truthfully.

<<As mentioned before, the company is
more interested in growing shareholder value. If you recall, the earlier estimates by
Ira was BEFORE the Myriad transaction.>>

You need to learn the history of Firamada, especially if you are invested in FAMH. The Myraid acquisition happened in 1998. This acquisition can not affect EPS in 1997.

<<In the long run, the company will grow
those earnings through these acquisitions. Let me ask you this, Lurker....do you
BELIEVE all analysts? What about the analysts (the professionals some of us base
our investment decisions upon) that work for firms like JP Morgan and Morgan
Stanley changing their estimates all the time after doing further research after
discovering changes within the company structure they are researching.>>

Ira said AFTER the third quarter that EPS for the third quarter were .06. Asked to see the figures on how these EPS were reached, he said that they would be shown, but by using normal accounting methods we would only see an EPS of .03.
