The next step will be for Cornell to test this "in vivo" (in the body). These results are tremendous. It has been believed in the medical community for over 10 years that nerves had a built in mechanism that prevented regeneration. These results open p the doors that were once thought closed and impossible to open. The applications of this could reach to Parkinsons, Epilepsy, MS, and Alzheimers. The market potential for any one of these diseases/applications could be enough to make this a major medical company. The key will be to spread the word of this overlooked, undiscovered biotech co.
