Bill, Have you read about what has happened in that courtroom the last few days? You mean how the judge is probably having an ego battle with one of the defense witnesses? I've only seen what mainstream media has reported. Give me some time to read up on alternative POVs ... I am willing to bet Trump wins his appeal unanimously. I'll give you 2-1 odds. Appeal for what? This case? The jury hasn't even reached a verdict yet, so what's the point of discussing an appeal unless you think a guilty verdict is all but certain? Then again, I believe Trump and his team are likely trying to throw the case in hopes of getting an inevitable guilty verdict appealed. Then there's the issue of whether the punishment will even amount to more than a slap on Trump's wrist ... Tenchusatsu
