I am confused by the number of files to download. I get different answers depending on which file I look at. In the spreadsheet files, I see only one winner, WNP. In the text files, I see multiple bidders bidding the same amount. My previous post was based on the spreadsheet file. Based on the text file, I see the following winners:

Chicago -- WNP

Los Angeles -- tied between WNP and Nextband

New York -- tied between WNP, WinStar, Cortelyou, and Nextband

Philly -- tied between WNP and Cortelyou

San Fran -- tied between WNP and Nextband.

Steve,

WinStar is bidding on the New York "A" Block. As I predicted, WinStar wants NY and wants it bad. I thought you told me that WinStar didn't need any more bandwidth in NY?
