Joe, Just do it! you won't be disappointed.

I was out of CSCO for about a month, wanting it to drop just 2 points, it didn't happen; so I finally decided it was a cost I had to absorb to be back in.
Same with DELL and MS, pay the price: it's like an entrance fee; but once you're in you are continually rewarded.

I've been waiting for the pullback that never happens.

Joe, I believe strongly in that old saw that it's never too late to buy a stock that's going up. Shoot, whoever bought Dell at $4 might have thought he/she was getting in at the end of the bull run and hoped for another 5-10 percent.

I think the best you can do with AOL/CSCO/DELL/MSFT/INTC is buy on a down day. For every person who bought DELL in October 1997 at $72 (or even at a record-high $90 a few weeks ago) there are probably 30 more still standing around with their money waiting to get in, earning 3% in their money market accounts.
