Good article. Actually didn't we close UP about .18 to $.718?

Sorry folks, I do not accept the premise that internet impostors at the BAT chat room caused the volatility in BAAT last week.

Price ran up on a possible contract with SKODA, Joe's comments like licenses at 50 million dollars and technology worth billions, and a lack of knowledge of shrs outstanding. These things drove price to a high not a chat room filled with 20-40 odd souls. Then price came down on news about the SEC investigation which BAT was slow to announce.

Many of the chatsters posted on the Yahoo thread and for the most part, their comments followed the press releases coming out of BAT. The record is there. And most posts on threads such as this were balanced with an opposing view. A healthy, colorful debate if you ask me.

If BAT wants to blame the BAT chat room, then they should blame themselves for making it available. Now that BAT has taken out the trash, maybe we will get some straight talk. Be interesting seeing what they did not send the SEC today. BAT might try to jerk the public around but they will not be able to jerk the SEC off.
