Hello! Frank, Let's hope that at least one of your concerns that you expressed ( merger news) is satisfied sometime soon! As I have previously posted I will be travelling tomorrow, and do not plan to be back at my computer screen until March 3rd....... And just as a final reminder ( for those that may not have read it)-- ----I have resigned/relinquished my role as spokesperson, for two main reasons! First! Since I will be basically out of communication with this thread for about two weeks, it would not be fair to have others waiting for me to report back my findings to this thread until March 3rd...... ( In my opinion it could be possible that many new developments could take place and be announced by the company, during my absence! ( Just a guess / opinion, on my part!) Second!!! I get the feeling that when and if a significant announcement is released by CVIA that it's my hunch that the need for a thread spokesperson will no longer be relevent and necessary! It's my sense that when and if we are exposed to the new management / directors ( including Jack Arnold) that a new communication flow/format will be developed by the newly merged company! ( Provided that there ever is an official merger announced!) I know that this posting may sound repetitive, but I personally feel a responsability as the former spokesperson to let this thread know why I am relinquishing the role! Like many of you! I am long on CVIA Shares! I have paid as high as .052 cents per share, and have paid as low as .01765 cents per share! I can understand that many of you are becoming impatient, and I sense that everyone has their own specific list of concerns! I would like to leave this personal opinion, as I get ready to travel and de-program myself as spokesperson! ( Not as easy as it may appear on the surface!)---I take my responsabilities very seriously ( whether on a voluntary or none paying basis!) If Jack's dream comes to fruition, and we are fortunate to hear some exciting details that will potentially add value to CVIA!!!!------------ ----------Then here is what I personally plan to do!!---------------- -------I plan to enjoy the "wave/ride"---remember we have been on a wild rollercoaster ride!!!------And even the "Wildest RollerCoaster Rides"-----eventually have to stop, allowing the participants to stop, get out, enjoy the moment, share their exciting experiences with others that were on the ride-----take a short breather---before getting back in line to buy another ticket for quite possibly another ride of their life!!!!! Whatever transpires regarding CVIA while I'm away, please include me in your chatter/excitement when you stop briefly to reflect on what an exciting journey / ride this has been to that point in time!!! I could be completely unrealistic by feeling that fun news is coming soon!----But! I have heard an expression somewhere, that fun comes to everyone at some point in time ( although it may come in very strange / unpredictable and unprecedented ways!!) From my personal viewpoint , my enthusiasim for CVIA has been a slow but steady climb-----I'm not sure why I get this feeling, but it feels like we are about to reach the top of the first little mountain that we have attempted !!!! No doubt, if we are fortunate enough to continue the journey, we will have to be accustomed to new faces, styles, various new reporting styles, etc, however I do get a warm feeling knowing that Jack will still remain in the ranks of the CVIA structure!!!! I have no way of knowing for certain, but my guess is that when I open this computer screen in early march the CVIA name will be placed on the trophy shelf ( taking it's place in history as the shell that could!)------and be welcomed to the new new company name that will take us to our next adventures! ( Just my own opinion!) When and if there is good news! My feeling is enjoy it! It could be fun! ( But! That's just my own opinion!) From previous announcements it appears that CVIA has been quite regular and consistent in posting any/all news/press releases on the CVIA Webb Site/ Home Page!!!! Keep your eyes peeled!!!! Be Patient and have some fun!!! ( Just my own opinion!) Best Regards, To A Great Team Of Thread Warriors!!!!! Wayne J.
