BC,
Last year, 75,000 Kaiser Permanente healthcare workers in California, Virginia, and three other states went on strike over staffing shortages, the biggest healthcare strike in U.S. history.
Another one? Kaiser health care workers seem to go on strike once every five years.

Doesn't prove anything about the impact of vaccine mandates.

Personally, as a member of Kaiser, I'm glad they had a vaccine mandate. I wouldn't be comfortable at all if my PCP was an anti-vaxxer. Not because I fear for my life or anything, but because I wouldn't trust the judgement and the character of a doctor who is a card-carrying member of the Q Continuum.
