Bill,
Yes, in a criminal matter where the judge was just aching to jail him, he was smart enough to listen to his lawyer.
Did he also listen to his lawyer when he kept violating the gag order multiple times?

Or was he smart enough to stop right before the judge would have thrown him in jail for contempt?

(No need to tell me how the gag order was supposedly "unfair" to Trump. Someone who actually cared about the outcome of the trial over the court of public opinion would have STFU and not gone on social media benders.)

  • Obama executive order ‘may have created’ backups for all (classified) documents seized in Mar-a-Lago raid.
  • Documents discovered and made public by Stephen Miller and AFL.

  • Any Congressional committee with subpoena power can now seek to determine whether the documents that Special Counsel Jack Smith obtained and claimed Trump unlawfully retained after his presidency are actually in Biden’s active possession through PITC.

This revelation cuts a knife through the entire indictment as it proves that many, if not all, of the documents President Trump is accused of unlawfully retaining were and are currently still retained by the Executive Branch and stored on DOD servers.
