yes , slotman , you are probably right. I am sure the lawyers could have worded something "tactful" that would have made everyone more at ease by now. I wonder who their lawyer is anyway?

Oh, but no, any utterance would give the other side grounds for libel and defamation of character. Didn't you know? Give me a break. This crap with the 50MM shares has been going on for how long?? A sues B all the time and all of the allegations are put in print for the world to see, including the counter suit allegations. And guess what, nobody gets sued for saying: "I ALLEGE that B did this to me and am taking appropriate action..." Yet the shareholders of EUTO are continually stonewalled. TG
