Hello Alan; The biggest fear that many of these other company's that are located on Venezuela has is that a KRY win would put them all into jeopardy, as regards to their concessions. In many discussions over the last year or so ago, many of them showed to me that they believed that KRY would lose and that KRY they hoped would lose, so as to remove an irritant to them all, because they are all very much aware of the other ramnifications of the out come. Some of the company's I have discussed the situation with is ICA, QTR, GLR, others, oh and yes TBO, now these guys are real interesting. They have publicly stated that KRY will most likely lose, but in reality they are relishing the outcome to be in KRY's favour, because then they can launch their dispute regarding LC 5&7, so in effect they are only being diplomatic, this was told to me last year by one of their boys?? Let them do the fight, if they win, we will jump in???? HMMMM?? Now as for the Mr. David coming suddenly on board and asking for all others qualifications, etc etc, and then being so eloguent in his interpretaion of the events, because he is a live eye to the scene, as he claims, well my "live eyes" have read all of his stuff and he is full of bunk, sorry David, but if you are employed by DMW, you are acting in a "position of a conflict of interest", when you are coming here and giving your opinions whether they are biased or not which I believe they are, If Sir you are employed by DMW, who hold concessions in the area, this court decision will have a very profound effect on the company's(DMW)position in Venezuela, so be very carefull?? Contrary indicators, look at the level of shorts who are basically, screaming at all to be ware, something is definetly in the wind. They have all underestimated what yesterday's NR was about, short some more my friends, it will only be better for us?? Oh and a bit of a piece from the Vancouver Sun; Today.....analyst Dorothy Atkinson: ["The fall in Crystallex had nothing to do with Robert Fungs appointment," said Whalen Beliveau & Associates Inc. analyst Dorothy Atkinson. " Apparently somebody recommended profit taking on the Internet." She said Fung, who has been a Crystallex director for 15 months, has " a superb reputation" and is a member of Prime minister Jean Chretien's energy advisory board. "He's a major force in the resource industries. It's significant news for Crystallex."] With regards,Frank
