No, that's not a 6th Amendment violation. The 6th Amendment protects the defendant.
You're repeating the same lie.

The ONLY thing the defendant is entitled to under the 6th amendment is a FAIR TRIAL.

If the defendant is out there threatening witnesses, court staff, jury members, and all that, then he just forfeit his right to a FAIR TRIAL.

You may pretend that he isn't threatening anyone, and that the Brandenburg standard applies here, but I know you're full of it.
