Good evening, John. Thank-you very much for your comments. Your concerns are valid ones and should be raised by any prudent investor. Hopefully, we have proven over time the reputation of being very objective and unbiased with our comments. Our only goal here is to aid SYD in their public relations/Internet communications departments. We have no promotional machine at Agora and Sideware officials will be the first to tell you that is not our responsibility. The coming months should prove that Sideware is intent on controlling their own destiny through their own initiatives and not through traditional promotional methods. That is why we agreed to join them. What we do have is the ability to professionally represent public companies in open forums. Take today, for example. You have no doubt seen some of the wild comments made on various threads. We have no difficulty in answering hard questions but it takes real skill to keep your composure when undue heat is applied. SYD has seen our work on other forums and decided this was an important and necessary skill, among other things. Having said that, SYD has acknowledged and is very clear of the fact that current hostility amongst investors is warranted and responsibility lies with them. Keep in mind, however, this company is a young one and, like any new company, made some mistakes along the way. The important thing is they have recognized this fact and are taking the appropriate steps to rectify it. Contracting our services is part of that process. Our job is to ensure the company maintains that new attitude. If you believe that we did not take on this role to become canon fodder, then you can believe that we will be prudent in ensuring the flow of information. At the end of the day, neither we or you or any other group can effect the price of this stock. The only real determinant will be the conceptualization and execution of the SYD business plan in the open market. If they succeed, we will all be happy, if they do not, our job will have been complete if shareholders can say they made their investment decisions based on complete and timely information.
