The U.S. could reduce its CO2 emissions to zero, and you environ-mentalists will still blame the U.S. for climate change based on "historical" data going back to 1850. In other words, you environ-mentalists will never be satisfied. Keep suing Big Oil, keep suing the U.S. federal government (who, by the way, is $34T in the red), keep giving other countries like RuZZia, China, and India an excuse to continue emitting CO2. Because you know, they'll never reach the "historical cumulative CO2 emissions" that the U.S. is responsible for. Tenchusatsu
