I agree. Synt is in a great position. They are keeping the percent of
business to Year 2k, somewhere in the range of 7% this year, 15% next
year. That is from recall, I hope to have more light shed in conference call tomm.
Also, Mike W, I do not interpret IMRS as not taking on more year 2k work as
indicative of the year 2k market slowing down, I think it has to do
to do with their long term strategy, their profit margins and
capacity to do this type of work. The year 2k market currently,
the majority of the code has still not been converted. And IMRS's
contracts are one tiny dent out of the business available.

I am personally not expecting a big sell off tommorrow. Other
IT technology companies current valuations are evidence of the value
the market is currently placing on this rapidly growing sector.
