I received the company press release in the mail today for the 3rd Q results...

Here is the quote from Pres. Todd Siegel regarding 3rd Q results

"We are very pleased with the strong growth that MTS Packaging Systems
and Medical Tech Laboratories have experienced this year. LifeServ Technologies continues to exhibit significant potential and growth while requiring an ongoing investment in resources. LifeServ's products have enjoyed a very favorable response from the market place which has resulted in a substantial backlog of contracts from institutions throughout the country. Current efforts
are targeted at concluding sales to several large
healthcare institutions"

MTS Packaging Systems-manufactures and sells proprietary packaging
systems for use by pharmacies in dispensing prescription medications to assisted living and nursing home patients.

Medical Tech Laboratories,Inc- provides analytical testing of blood,
tissue, and other bodily fluids to the medical profession.

LifeServ- provides pharmacy management software, medication dispensing
and clinical information systems for hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.

Sounds like LifeServ is not standing on its own two feet yet, however things do sound optimistic.

I need to find out what is going on with the dispute with the bank over possible default on their repayment agreement.
That is the only concern I see at this point, mainly because of their low cash position.

If things continue to progress well at LifeServ, I wouldn't be surprised to see them sell the drug lab division to help improve their balance sheet(cash position). Of course they would have to be in a position to survive without it, which I don't think is the case yet.
