BC, what you posted is very interesting, but not for the reasons you intended.

Instead, it's very interesting because it's the mother of all whataboutisms.

The argument, among other things (which you will no doubt bring up as if I missed them), is that the law is often applied selectively.

And such selective application is deeply affected by politics.

Therefore our entire justice system is no longer legitimate.

This op-ed that you posted is rife with postmodernism and moral relativity, which I have argued against my entire life.

But just because I vehemently disagree with it doesn't make the op-ed garbage.

In fact, it will be Exhibit A in what will bring about the unraveling of America's moral fabric.

Ironically, you probably think that, by agreeing with everything the article said, you are trying to stop said unraveling.

In reality, you are standing right there with the scissors, happy to cut it all up out of some nihilistic fantasy of yours.

Anyway, thanks for the bookmarkable post. I can't wait to bring it up again and again as what goes around comes around goes around.
