Big Bee, Great questions! I knew that Cyberfax wasn't contributing squat to the bottom line regardless of what others were saying. You got to wonder what those November contracts were all about? I hope Joe answers your valid questions! Eric

Hello Greg, I can answer some of the questions you posed but not all(G). PEL....the division has not performed up to expectations. I was a big proponent of this division early on and I have been very disappointed in their production. Several projects that were set up have not materialized in closing and much of that divisions potential is not the current focus of management. Mr. Murphy has moved the prepaid cellular out of the control of PEL and I'm not sure about the future for PEL in the DCTC scheme as they focus more and more on phone ops. I still think the division has the potential to produce revs, but it has to start producing soon. Billed minutes.....DCI UK was not using their own switching equip as to my last knowledge in 3Q. The revs when you are not using your switching equip don't translate into good eps as you are paying coming and going. This should be completely rectified in the upcoming 2 Q's. Can't answer at all 2 and for 3, I'll leave that one for Mr. Murphy as my info is still too sketchy on how the minutes are being billed and accounted for.....hope this helps some... Lou
