Sandra,

INTAF violated its IL and the ACT is at 1 3/4 now. The entire IL/ACT dynamic/relationship calls for a % rebound from the ACT (which is an uptrending line) that closely approximates the % drop from the peak that violated the IL. In other words, if a stock hit an IL violation peak of 18 and dropped to the ACT at 12, that would be a 33% drop. The % rebound from the ACT should be targeted for 33%. 33% of 12 is 4 points so the rebound target (for the very short term), would be 16. I would expect INTAF to behave according to this relationship.
