The numbers vary with the time frame. Simple.
I don't know what they will do with the money. Maybe they will take a page from the dem play book. Ballot harvesting. Drop boxes.

Ads don't buy elections anymore.
Something to consider given our current campaign finance laws.

"Get the money out of politics" was the favorite slogan of those who supported McCain-Feingold.

Fast-forward to today. Billionaires like Tom Steyer and Michael Bloomberg paid a TON of money to buy votes, only to fall flat on their faces.
More importantly 60-80% of independents who don't like either don't want to vote for a convict.
I think you (and I) will be unpleasantly surprised ...
