The right wing's go to conservative Black American economist who has always been in the minority. He says that as a defense for his libertrian/conservative philosophy which most economists do not agree with! And I guess he failed to recognize the Republicans "Lee Atwood Southern strategy" that used raceism to win over the south after the 1964 ccivil rights act, or their racist behavior. Science is about probability, and when the majority of scientists say something that usually proves correct more often then the outliar. Only 6% of scientists call themselves Republicans because they know the Republicans are full of shit! And they are the experts on bullshit! Most univerisities teach liberal Keynsyan economics, not conservative supplyside "trickle down" economics! < Considering how often throughout history even intelligent people have been proved to be wrong, it is amazing that there are still people who are convinced that the only reason anyone could possibly say something different from what they believe is stupidity or dishonesty.
