There can be no QE from the treasury, they don’t have the power. The money is coming from the tax dollars.
Only the Fed’s checking account has no limit, the money is created and then mopped up.
There must have been a windfall. The Fed never really mopped up the QE of 2021. The QT they did was not enough, so the market helped with reverse repos.
