However I remembered her advice well and looked for solutions. The first thing that came up was vitamin D, started taking that. Although I am an older person, vitamin D was isolated as being important if you got sick with covid. Strong evidence that people who were deficient in Vitamin D could catch a serious dose of Covid. Then came Zelenko with Quercetin as a substitute for Ivermectin and HCQ. The course of treatment included zinc. I bought a Quercetin and Zinc from a health store and kept it on standby while I took a daily dose of 25 micrograms of Vitamin D later reduced to 12.5 micrograms. These treatments worked and I have never been so free of colds and flu. If you study the literature there are tons of recommended drugs that can treat Covid. Ivermectin is recommended for long Covid and Vaccine damage. Along with lots of other stuff. I really don't understand your problem with Ivermectin. If it was available to me at a reasonable price I would buy it in an instant. All the real highly qualified doctors recommend it. FCCC site where I get my advice. In Canada of all places... but I am not biased. If I value it, I don't care where my advice comes from.
