Ten as the son of a butcher my Dad would bring a quarter of a side of beef home to cut up for us and the family. My Mom ground our own hamburger. she would eat some raw so I did with a little salt. I ate a lot of meat mostly hamburgers until I acquired a taste for steaks. I still like a good steak, hamburgers, roast beef and roast pork. Not changing now. My oldest Daughter is like me loves steaks the youngest is a vegetarian.
