Getting someone else to "fix" the results isn't cost effective or effective.
More effective than me reusing my shopping bags.

Besides, Lebanon proves my point. That nation is a shithole. A completely failed state with inflation through the roof and corruption that would make PooTin look like a canonized saint.

OF COURSE Lebanon is going to be one of the leading producers of litter in the world.
