The more information and statistics about insider stock selloffs, and advertised and misrepresented product release dates, the more it seems these class action investor lawsuits have some merit. I wouldn't be suprised to see Iomega settle these cases out of court. The lawyers of course would get the bulk of the money, but this fact still won't help Iomega's bottom line, of which the settlement would take a big bite out of.
