your information is more current than mine. its been 2 years since i stepped foot into a Nordstrom rack store.
when i wasn in denver the most popular store in the mall i was in was H&M, I bought two things there one of which i had to return. a pair of pants where I could not even get my legs inside them. My shopping is vastly curtailed. I just dont need anything anymore but underwear and athletic shoes. I could probably get rid of 1/2 of my wardrobe.

I sold my JWN but have been building a small position in KSS; 7.4 PE and still paying their 10% div. Company owned real estate keeps their tangible BV at 0.6x
