Hi Rob,

I doubt that we will see any movement in this stock until there is a fundamental change in either the board or the management. Right now, this is not a value company and they have been in the toilet since the fall of 95'. For a well run company, we would expect to see some kind of growth since then, even a few % per year and this just has not happened. This company has been a Mike Murphy Recommendation for a long time and even he reduced his tgt price from the 40's to 28..All of us would be ecstatic if this dumb stock was even in the high teens.

As long as Wall Street is concentrating on large cap stocks and CRUS does not have any robust profit prospects then this stock will be totally ignored. The big investors just don't see any need to take chances with a small cap company where the liquidity is not there if they want to get out in a hurry.

I don't know much about Teo. I do know a little about take over's and Teo will probably get the other large holders and market makers to vote with him in a proxy fight...I know that I would give him my vote. If he can kick start this company all of us would love it. the stock price could double or triple because the street would regain confidence. Teo could easily make several hundred million $ on this strategy. I see a lot of postings from folks that equate his purchases as value investing and these take over artist just do not work that way...I see him driving up the price and then driving an initiative to merge or sell the company. The current management or board are essentially powerless to stop him. That is a good way to assure liquidity. I am sure all the current management have golden parachutes worth a lot of money. They sure did in ATK.

Regards
