Why do you care if anyone is buying USWDA? Unless of course you have sold short.

Stocky, First, they already signed the GTE deal, which was an exclusive deal (GTE has to use their technology, but they can go to other "resellers"). Second, this new management team is seasoned in the business. Third, they are solvent. This is a high-risk play, but they appear to be making progress in their business plan, which is ahead of projections. Finally, the IR firm cannot sell until August of this year, at the earliest.
