Gary, Money Magazine won't get excited about ASND until it goes through 38.

>>>Cisco Systems, which has more than seven times the revenue of its
largest competitor, is our third recommendation.<<<

This line from the Money article cannot be accurate. CSCO's largest competitor is COMS, and I thought that company pulled in about $6B last year compared to CSCO's $9B. Am I mistaken?

Hi Gary,
i'm comparing the target values set in the article
with ASND :

item---------------ASND----target
revenues-----------$1.1B----$3B
P/E/growth-------------------1
debt-to-capital----28%------<25%
R&D as
%of sales-----------15%------>7%

do you have an updated estimate of
the p/e-to-profit growth ratio ?

A question on GRF ; what 's your take
on it :

(i) in October 1997 you reported the con-call:
"GRF not a major contributor to revenues until
the 2nd half of 1998"

(ii) your bottom-line comment to the
Scottsdale con call with MSDW:
"GRF does not seem to be a super-high
priority as they several times said it
was on hold"

(iii)they (Mory or Ashby ?) said GRF grows
100% p.a.

Thanks

Joseph
