Pause and think one second, it is clear that nobody in their right state of mind who controls 5% of a company would reveal their future actions to their friends. They wouldn't tell even their spouse. THEY WOULD REVEAL AFTER THE FACT SO THEY CAN DRIVE THE PRICE FURTHER DOWN AND GET BACK IN AGAIN. EX. JEFF VINIK ref. MU/ EVEN WARREN BUFFETT WHO REVEALS AFTER HE BOUGHT A LOT OF SILVER. This guy is probably a friend of a another guy with big short position, who is shitting in his pants since the stock can break to upside any time. Last ditch to scare the longs.
