Kevin...Your point of % increase and what it is compared to is well taken. Sell one unit to xpaciania and two the next Q an viola, 200% increase. Only looking at %'s is not going to make any case by itself. What I am impressed with is your politeness in addressing what Dell is doing. You should read their thread, the bashing and foul language is uncivilized.

Yes, but . . . Ford, Chrysler, and GM said the same thing about Toyota and Honda in the early 80's.
