RG, funny I was thinking about the same thing. I think it will have more of an effect on Energizer. But it does go to show that there is a market for longer battery life or else Duracell wouldn't be doing this. Plus they admitted it will hurt short term battery sales of their own regular alkaline batteries. Too bad just doesn't approach these guys and sell them their R/D and patents or once again let them know they exist and maybe have someone take them over. I wish.
