Today's price drop may be caused by the Wall Street Journal Interactive edition. It re-issue the February 13, 1998 news as Feb. 18, and a lot of investors got scared by the confusion of Dr. Kremer's
application with LaserSight Incorporated's scanning systems.

Dr. Kremer's application is more having something to do with himself
personally than with the company. The LaserSight Incorporated's
scanning systems--The LaserScan 2000/LSX laser platform--which is
scheduled to be submitted to the FDA through a separate application.
The success or failure of the application of LaserSight is what we
have to watch for.

The price drop caused by temporary set back of Dr. Kremer's application is over reacted by the investors. As this confusion cleared up and the LaserScan has been successfully approved the price
will shoot up. IMHO
