Hi Anthony: New 10,324 up 7.4% Refill 4,853 up 1.5% It's UP 1.5%... i don't know how it compares w/ old data but let's just assume under the WORST case the ad campaigns did NOT increase demand.. and NEW FILLS stay flat.. A refill of 4853/average new fills of 10,324 = 47% Looks pretty good to me Charlie p.s. lesson learned from VVUS.. sell when everyone is buying and BUY when people are panicing (like this week!!!)

- Script data is fine. - The percentages are from the previous week's numbers. So if Vivus is doing $120 mill a year; then any increase is great news. In fact, 7.4% increase on new scripts - is wonderful. - Also, the American market is only one market. Multiply VVUS's success to 180 other countries - realizing that some will be flops and others more successful - and that's where the potential lies. In fact, that's how all the other drug companies got to be so darn big. - Out.
