DCF

Well hello and welcome to SI :)

Deadline is March 1. I hear they don't have to bring it up, just find it if it's there and report as much. You know anything about that?

The "kick-off date" is supposed to be before March 1st, and I live no more than five miles from Conroe, so I will be visiting right around the first week after start-up. Wondering how far you are though, since you said you may visit also. Mike Millis told me it's a mudhole right now, and anyone visiting would be very unimpressed. Blackie

Hi D

The press release must mean no one objected to the thought of a disposal well. This is good! Previous posts indicated that the final approval from the legislature was of the rubber stamp variety, which we can look for in April, if I remember correctly.

Most interesting was the disclaimer section of the press release, don't you think? I am beginning to respect their thinking a lot more.
Am I being too subtle again?
