Eric, from the article,
For one quick example: did you know that the story of Adam, Eve, the tree, and the serpent is actually plagiarized from the much earlier Sumerian myth of Inanna, Enki, the Huluppu tree, and the serpent?
This is a lie. Although the Sumerian story has a lot of common elements with the story of Adam and Eve, there is no direct linkage between their historical origins to suggest that plagiarism happened.

This is just one of many examples of how "education" breeds arrogance. Instead of critical thinking, it just substitutes one dogma with another.

Anyone who disagrees should explain to me why today's graduating college students are THE most dogmatic I have ever seen in my life. It can't be due to religion, given that higher education has largely eliminated it (even the historically religious institutions).
