Richard,
regarding the 5% number I gave as the percent of shares owned by non-institutional investors. This is a rough figure and on-scientific. There are many investments in portfolios that do not get counted as individual investments. But, is submit that the majority of ownership of CRUS is institutions. Also "coalitions" need only be verbal so Teo and anyone else can comprise a collation without joint ownership. His 7% plus some institutions 10 or 15 percent would make a large block. I think of Mr. Teo as a share holder with the same interests that we have that just so happens to have a large holding with some undetermined influence. I said before this guy is not stupid and is not playing on the come. He knows the fundamentals, is aware of the current stock price, knows the risks and is not in it for the write off.

Money and profit is the name of the game.
